Here's my top tip, to make the next 30 days. And of course, beyond count and have you be unrecognizable, like massive growth, massive transformation can literally happen in a day. And then when you rinse and repeat that every single day for 30 days, you compound time. Because when we are one foot in, one foot out, and we like, take 10 steps forward, and then we take 20 steps backwards. That's where we get frustrated. That's where it feels like we're stagnant, but we're actually moving. We're just moving in all different types of direction, and it feels frustrating. And so what you what we need to do is take a daily action, the same daily action for 30 days straight. So let me quickly break this down for you. And it it, we do want to make it be where, like you're committed, like you're you're going to walk the walk. So for me, my first one that I did was 10,000 steps a day for my business. It is either video related or outreach related, or this past 30 days, it was the the daily deal and giveaway, to the point where it's like, well, we're not going to stop doing this, right? And so doing a daily action, both for your health and for your business, is the ultimate way to get to everything you desire. This is going to sound so basic, but when you do healthy habits repeatedly over time, and you do wealthy habits repeatedly every like all the time, you're doing them more than you're not doing them, it creates a healthy and wealthy life. I know, I know it like is so groundbreaking and so basic, but yet so many people struggle with it. And so when you can master the the day to day, and zero in on the very key things that you're like, This is a non negotiable, and I would start with one, then you stack it another one. So the 10,000 steps was first, then it was water, then it was my greens. Okay, so I didn't try to do them all together. I knew the direction that I wanted to go, but I also knew that if I try to do them all at once, it's just going to be too much. So mastering one habit for your health and one habit for your business is huge, and doing both of those every single day, and don't make it hard, like, and I mean that with love, like getting 10,000 steps in a day is it can be challenging, but I'm not telling you to go do like a CrossFit workout every single day, right? Like we can get steps in throughout the whole day. So that's a that's a better, easier strategy to at least get started the daily greens. It literally takes me, like, less than a minute to get my greens in. I can get my brain on board for that, right doing one post a day that has a deal and a giveaway in it. I can get my brain on board for that, because it doesn't take me long to create everything and put it out there. And since it's done daily, it literally starts to compound. It starts to work in your favor. You start to build those happy, those healthy and healthy and wealthy habits. And then the snowball kicks in, then the avalanche kicks in. And it sounds so basic, but it works, and I promise it does. Like pick one healthy habit, pick one wealthy habit. Do them every single day. Just those two. Everything else is just icing on the cake. But do those two and watch your you and your business be unrecognizable in 30 days or less, like I felt the benefits of the 10,000 steps almost immediately, the posting same thing and so many others.
