I love the saying, if you want a different result, you've got to do something differently. This. I say it a lot, but last night, it hit me so hard in the best way possible, because I was just thinking about my own journey and like, what's working and what's not working, and all of it is so normal, but it's so easy to fixate on the things that are not working and be so frustrated by them. And I just want to normalize that, because that is a part of growth, like growing literally as a human, I don't know if you remember when you had growing pains, literally, like physical growing pains. I remember literally in the middle of the night, like screaming. Emma's gone through some of it already, and it like, I like, rub her legs and give her a banana and milk. And it's painful. And being an entrepreneur, you know, no matter how many years you've been in it, there are, there are growing pains, and it is, it can be painful. Now, with that being said, our goal is to not make it more painful than it needs to be, right? So, like there's, there's pain involved. It is very, very temporary. But like, what hit me last night was I have this, like, a reoccurring fear of like, I'm going to crumble and fail and like I'm going to let down myself, I'm going to let down my team. I'm going to let down my my family. I'm going to let down, you know, people that are like believing in me, and this has been a fear of mine that I absolutely have seen happen right before I uplevel. I've seen it and felt it in my past chapters, and I'm feeling it hardcore like, hardcore, like, and it's just this, like, I don't want to say broken record, but it's like, it's this spiral that I, if I'm not careful, I can go into. And what hit me last night was, stop doing this to yourself, like you're you're literally self harming yourself by continuing to choose, to stay in this pattern of this thought, right? And so instead of the thought being where I like ruminate, right? Like, if you want something different, you gotta do something different. It's not a good use of my time. It doesn't feel great. And so I'm going to have the thought, because everything is a habit. And so it's a habit to think of this thought, and then to it's a habit to like spiral and think about it, and then that like creates just yucky energy that then I have to clear. So if you want something different, you gotta do something different. So I'm like, Okay, here we go. Every time I have that thought, what am I going to do instead? Like, what's the new habit that I am going to to step into so that way I don't harm myself emotionally through the process. I know growing pains are part of our, part of the process. And if you you know, the bigger the goal, a lot of times, the more growing pains, to be honest. And so you know, again, we don't want to make it more painful than it needs to be. And I am making it more painful. I am making it more painful. As wealthy mamas, we take extreme responsibility, Extreme Ownership of like, okay, yep, I am making it more painful than it needs to be. So what am I going to do about it? One of my favorite questions, what am I going to do about it? So I am going to have a new habit that I start to train myself into, okay, what's the next thing that you can do? What's the next thing you can do? You have never, ever crumbled and failed, like, so it's building the evidence, right? Like, you've never crumbled and failed. Have you made mistakes? For sure, but you're a human like, I'm talking to myself as I'm like, as I'm saying this, but like, of course, I'm a human but I've learned so much from mistakes. And that's, that's, that's, that's a, literally, a part of the process. There is not one single person that has big goals and dreams and that have accomplished big goals and dreams that has not made mistakes. It is a part of the process. It is, it absolutely is part of the process. So with that being said, crumbling and failing is just made up. In my head, it's made up. It's doubt is is the devil like I believe that to my core, it is meant to stop you from your big goals and dreams, but you've got. To be stronger than the doubt, than the fear, then the spiraling. It's so important. And so this also can be applied to marketing like, let's say your marketing and your sales are not where you want them to be. Well, if we continue to do the exact same marketing strategy and we're expecting a different result, you're banging your head against the wall. Like, do things take time for sure. So if you're seeing even a teeny, tiny result, keep doing it for sure. Like, keep doing it do things do take time, but if it doesn't feel good, and you're not getting any ROI return on investment, like, change it up, try something different, be open, be flexible. Like, being flexible, I think is one. I think it can be taught. It's not like something everyone just like, wakes up and has so that's a good thing, and so being flexible is key. So, like, we've been exploring, like, software improvements. And a part of me is like, oh, like, you know, software is probably the hardest, challenging part about my job, like, and Sarah's way more into the software than I am, but it's, it's a big part of an online business, right? Like, if you think about it, software for me and for wealthy Mama is like our brick and mortar. So, like, if you think about an actual brick and mortar location, a brick and mortar has, you know, water leaks. It has electricity challenges, right? Like it has, you know, maybe the the the air conditioning won't turn on, or the heat won't turn on. So, like a brick and mortar business owner has brick and mortar like structure challenges, um, and so like, software for me and wealthy mama and any online business is like that. And so I've just had to, like, really embrace, like, okay, like, it's not like we're trying to create problems. We just want to make our software better, which means we've got to be flexible, because we don't know software improvements until we put it out there, and that is very challenging for recovering perfectionist, because I want it to be perfect, and I've had to really, really work hard to embrace that software literally, it's not going To be perfect. It's not going to be perfect. It's not going to be perfect. Um, so I'm literally driving in circles, so I can talk to you anyways, um, so it's not going to be perfect, but we want it to be better, like, the goal is better, for sure. So what, what we can do to make it better is what we're working on right now. And like, that's the name of the game. Like, I I'm a problem solver. I always want to solve a problem, which makes me a really good entrepreneur. And I really do believe that the more you can get better at the habit of solving problems, you will be a very wealthy woman long term, like, swing into problem solving mode, even practicing that in your personal life is huge. Like, it's so huge even with your kids, that's going to teach them so many beautiful skills. So, like, it could be as simple as, like, I can't find my toy that I'm looking for. And you can be like, Okay, well, what are you going to do about it? And that, I know that that sounds wild, but like that will absolutely help them build the skill of problem solving. Like, okay, well, I could choose, and you can guide them through it, because they may look at you with like that. You have, like, four heads. You're like, well, I want you to help me, right? So, because they just don't have the skill yet, right? So with that being said, you can bounce back to them if they kind of look like, look at you like you have four heads. And you could say, Okay, we could do this, we could do this, we could do this, we could do this. And they're like, Oh, good point, right? And then they pick an option from you helping guide them in a problem solving situation, even as small as not finding a toy. And then they're starting to build that skill. It's huge, so the better you get at it, at problem solving one you'll be so much happier. You'll make so much more money. And then you can pass that, that very, very high income skill to your kids, and then they can, they can be happier and wealthier long term. Like, I really do believe that that is, like the overarching skill that really entrepreneurs get to master. Like it is. Is, it's everything. So if you're constantly reaching out to people to solve your problems, you're not an entrepreneur, like a you're not the entrepreneur that you can be. So you getting so good at like, Okay, I'm going to find the answers on Google, I'm going to look at chat JpT, I'm going to brainstorm all of my options. So like, for example, if you don't love where you're at with your finances, and you don't love where you're at with your health and fitness your marriage, write down all the solutions and then literally go through them. Do you know all of the solutions at this very given time? No, I don't know all the solutions, but I know enough solutions to keep me busy to be like, Okay, I tried this, I tried this, I tried this, this actually worked. This didn't work. Maybe I'll try this one again, and you literally are going to be an action taker. And action takers literally are what like. That's how you build your wealthiest life, your happiest, healthiest life, is by taking massive, massive action. Okay, so ask yourself today, okay, what problem do I need to solve? Big or small, what problem do I need to solve? And I literally want you to write down all of the solutions that you know you can then obviously, go to Google, go to chat, GPT, go to trusted resources, add their solutions, but like, give yourself enough credit, like you're a smart, smart human being like you have solutions in that mind of yours, and we want, we want to bring light to them, and we want to take action on them. Solutions on a piece of paper. Don't do anything, but give you a starting point. So it's like, then you've got to follow through. And like that, following through is massive. So go follow through today, I love you so much. You're amazing, and I'll see you back on the next episode. You.
