You get Nelly that's been traveling all day, that just wants a meal, that just needs a good night of sleep after three hours of sleep, anytime I am have an early flight, which I chose an early flight because I was going from the West Coast to the East Coast and so and to end up getting back at a decent hour, you kind of have to, like, make the sacrifice. So I did choose the early flight, the very early flight, but I woke up, like, literally every hour on the hour, paranoid that I was going to miss my flight. So I didn't get very good sleep, but that's okay. But I haven't had a like a Meal, meal. I feel like I just I need to go take a shower, like I need to put myself back together. I'm so excited to see the kids and Jared, and just like my my heart feels not complete unless we are together, which, I mean, duh, they're my world. That's why I want to get my heart tattooed for my loves. But I knew that this was probably the only time that I could keep my streak alive. And I think that this is really cool. So intuitively, like, what's showing up for me is, like, what could be a streak that you know would benefit you that, like you do it every day, like you commit to one Pinky promise, and you find creative ways. Like I am, like, literally, I'm about to pull into our subdivision, so it's going to be like the quickest video ever, but I'm getting it done. So is it like movement every single day? Is it water every single day? Like even just like the overarching thing, and you doing it every day will build so much confidence. It'll build so much trust in yourself. It'll build so much momentum. And then you can do what's called habit stacking, where you pick another thing to do the same thing, then you do another thing. Like, at this point, I just don't want to stop my streak. Like, yes, I want to talk to you, and we repurpose content that I do with live video. But like, in my brain, ironically, it's like, don't, don't break the streak. Do not break the streak. I do very well when I do this with health and fitness too. And so I just like, that's what's showing up for me today. Is like, what could be the thing that you're like, Okay, you know what? I'm going to pick this, and that's going to be my thing that I like Pinky promise every single day, no matter what, even if it's messy, even if it's not perfect, I'm gonna commit and I'm gonna do it, and I'm gonna keep doing it. I'm gonna keep doing it. And like, imagine, like, how many days you could get to and, like, equally, like, if you miss a day, you miss a day like, you can like, I do believe there's, like, hall passes for, you know, for the streak. So, like, if you like, if I was puking all day, I may not go on Facebook Live, but then I, like, I would really commit to doing it the next day. Sometimes, when I've done a streak, I've, like, doubled up the next day type of thing just to, like, again, like, keep it like, okay, it's one thing a day, but if I miss today, then I gotta make, I gotta make two payments the next day type of thing. So what is that streak for you? If you want accountability and tell and you want to tell me, go for it, I'm gonna go hug my babies. I love you, and yeah, do it messy.
